Add privacy to your gameplay. These houses are amazing as you will have your own storage. You can have two different places to add your storage in, You will have 3 sets of keys if you want to give access to your mates. It comes with 1 garage where you can store any kind of vehicles that you own (They will save after server restarts).
You do not need to pay any kind of rent after purchasing.
This is a one time purchase.
There are no CCTVs inside these houses.
You are able to grow any kind of plants inside as people are able to see through the windows. (Open a ticket Incase you are not able to do this as staff need to manually add the permissions so you are able to grow plants inside).

Gaming digital items - These items are not real items and they are used to play Trapcity Roleplay. This is not to be used anywhere else. Any items, cars, weapons will be given to you through a CODE in-game. All you got to do is type the in-game command /redeem-code and then add the code we provided you with and you will be able to see all the items you have purchased. (This code will be a one-time use code). You will see any PEDs you have purchased using the in-game command /pedmenu after we set them up.
